SANINC has been recruiting in METALS and PLASTICS industries since 1991 and is the #1 recruiting firm in these spaces. STAR Talent provides a fully confidential platform for passively looking Candidates to connect with Hiring Managers. STAR Talent is the "digital counterpart" to SANINCs recruiting services.
There are 2 types of user profiles on STAR Talent:
1) Candidate profiles. Each Candidate completes a questionnaire that that helps identify the type of company, product, geography, and function with which they have exposure, as well as details about their comp needs and some of their key career highlights/successes.
2) Hiring Manager profiles. Each Hiring Manager completes a short questionnaire that helps identify the types of positions for which they hire. Hiring Managers can search for Candidates profiles based on company type, product exposure, geography, and job function. When a Hiring Manager wants to speak with a Candidate, SANINC confirms interest with the Candidate and if both parties are interested, SANINC facilitates a confidential conversation. To protect each Candidates confidentiality, all Hiring Managers are required to have an NDA on file prior to receiving personal information (such as resumes).
While candidates are required to upload a resume as part of the new user setup, the resume is only used as part of the approval process. Prior to new Candidate profiles being added to STAR Talent, SANINC reviews each resume to to verify that each candidate specifically works in the metals or plastics industries. If a Candidate does not have experience in metals or plastics, their profile will be rejected.
This app is NOT FOR CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT ALREADY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN METALS OR PLASTICS.
